Outside Storage Space
Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhomes feature 1150-1220 square feet and are ideal for families or singles needing some extra space.

Although we love animals, we do not allow pets.
Rent is due on the first day of each month. Add an additional $5 fee for each day past the 1st.
We do not presently furnish any of our units. Depending on your situation, however, you may want to speak with management about potential furnishing.

To apply to lease a townhome, applicants will need to meet or exceed the following:
1) Must have no less than a 675 credit score (a lower score because of medical debt may be waived as long as you can show that)
2) Income must be at least $2,385 monthly or $28,620 annual.
3) Must consent to and be able to pass a credit and background check.
4) Must provide proof of income.
All rental applicants will be required to complete a rental application and provide proof of employment and income. A recent pay stub is acceptable proof of employment and income. A non-refundable application fee is due at the time the rental application is submitted.
